Deconstructing hegemonic masculinities for GBV prevention

This paper demonstrates the relevance and need to continue working with men for the prevention of gender-based violence in family and social development scenarios. It shows the belligerence that men should assume for the promotion of the integral development of families feeling part of the solution to conflictive situations that promote violence and at the same time recognising themselves as direct beneficiaries of the proposal by assuming new strategic goals to be men who dismantle hegemonic masculinity.
