Deep Eddy: A Chicago Story

Its the summer of 1966 in Chicago Illinois and Zips Super Service is buzzing on a hectic Saturday but one employee is daydreaming of bigger things while his colleagues rush to work. Meet Eddy Pasko as he makes his way through life in Chicago surrounded by a rowdy and funny group of local characters. He eventually finds his path that leads him to a life of good fortune and great friends. Lots of kids work in gas stations but few get chosen to work at Zips. Not only does Zip run a first-class operation but he looks out for his guys as their guardian and mentor. Young Eddy Pasko doesnt look forward to leaving Zips after graduating high school to attend DePaul University but he knows this experience will always be an integral part of Eddys world. Deep Eddy follows Eddys life his obsessions triumphs and his sadness. He dreams of being self-employed and of running a successful business. And unlike most in his age group Eddy has little interest in sowing wild oats; he is consumed by finding the right girl. More than a love story this is a tale of motivation determination faith and success of a young Chicagoan building a life.
