Defrosted Gems

<p>Defrosted Gems is a collection of poems meant to encourage self-acceptance self-love and self-worth. Life experiences can cause us to lose sight of our greatness and purpose. It becomes easy to feel inadequate and lose inspiration. The realization that it is human to make errors and display frailties as we continue to live and grow is a step toward healing. We must remain centered in our various relationships to stay healthy in mind body and spirit. It is my most excellent wish that my experiences and perspectives serve as confirmation that you are not alone in your struggles; that you are enough; and that you can fulfill your dreams NOW.</p>
