Demons of the Green Eyed Monster

William Shakespeare may well have been the first person to refer to jealousy as the Green Eyed Monster. There is no doubt that it is an emotion which is extremely corrosive and destructive. When Adam falls in love with Felicity the demons drive an ordinary and rational young man to extremes of behaviour. His travels take him from the hills of North Wales to the mountains of the Himalaya and from the English point to point scene to the battle fields of Flanders. The love which this star crossed couple undoubtedly share is constantly savaged by the demons of the Green Eyed Monster until it is eventually destroyed.
