Brad encounters Desmond the head of a group of unscrupulous local businessmen. Their new allies-a Las Vegas drug mafia-are initially interested in flipping real estate. The alliance breaks up. A shooting war with the Feds ensues. Brad is reluctantly sucked into it.</p>
