After being diagnosed as bipolar at the age of sixteen times got tough and with no light in the horizon it looked like things would never get any better. Life was a mess...Twenty years later and I'm married to my best friend. I'm in better health both physically and emotionally; and looking forward to each and every day. But how was it done?
