Desiderium (Longing)

<p><strong>From Wil Michael Wrenn:</strong></p><p>It seems to me that we humans are in an almost constant state of longing - either a longing for someone or something that we don't have yet or that we at one time had but then later lost. In this book of poetry I seek to address that aspect of our human condition - this longing this 'desiderium' (Latin word).</p><p>~</p><p>Wil Michael Wrenn explores desiderium in the sense of longing. Through his poetry collection one can feel the deep desire for something once cherished. There is a deep desire in the heart for what it once had. Loss brings with it silence regret and pain. Wrenn explores this in his unique way going deep into the subject.</p><p><br></p><p>While exploring <em>Desiderium</em> the reader feels compelled to examine their own loss. This deeply sensitive presentation invites the reader to reflect on their own loss. </p>
