The fundamental objective of energy management is to produce goods and services at lower cost and with less effect on the environment it has been shown that the industrial environment alone can save between 10% and 30% of its annual consumption and thus reduce their costs through better energy management. In this project we are called upon to design and implement an energy management system that can also be used in the food industry. First of all we realized the wiring of the electrical cabinets. Then we translated the acquisition program into CFC language. We completed our work namely the cost centers and the consumption/production ratios.
