The role that mobile and wireless network technologies play in the learning process is a critical success factor in our contemporary educational system. These technologies offer unique solutions to specific problems arising from infrastructural limitations in most developing nations.Since these technologies create new awareness and conditions for learning the problem of what where how and when to learned is solved. It is within these context that mobile learning (M-learning) has proved to enhance both learning and teaching environments.
