Design approach for current pulser

This book is about a strategy to design and develop a current pulser with some novelty so as to make it applicable for electrochemical based semiconductor processes. Owing to application specific requirements these pulsers do not readily available in the market. Pulser must have a sharp rise and fall time in the range of few nanoseconds with the provision of varying narrow pulse width which is also in the range of nanoseconds.
