Design Development and Characterization of herbal nanoparticles

To date chemotherapies in many post-clinical studies with natural compounds directed against colorectal cancerous cells are unfortunately very limited. Further research is warranted to identify the specificity and target ability as well as precise molecular mechanisms of this natural biomolecule quercetin against colorectal cancer while sparing non-cancerous/normal cells healthy. It is assumed that GA-loaded Chi nanoparticles will be broken down in the colonic fluid and smaller cubic nanoparticles and other secondary carriers will form and transport the loaded gallic acid across the unstirred water layer and result in enhanced absorption. Further research is warranted to identify the specificity and target ability as well as precise molecular mechanisms of this natural biomolecule gallic acid against colorectal cancer while sparing non-cancerous/normal cells healthy.
