Santhosh Shekar has been a Knowledge Management practitioner for over 20+ years. During this professional journey of more than two decades he has worked in various industries like Information Technology Business/Knowledge Process Outsource Finance Insurance Banking Pharmaceuticals Government Media Oil and Gas etc. At present he works as a KM Architect for an Oil and Gas Company Oman and also advises individuals/Organizations on ISO 30401 KM standards. He is also the second person to be accredited with ISO 30401 Auditor Certification. Santhosh holds the authority to certify organizations and individuals on the basis of ISO 30401 Knowledge Management requirements. He has also been certified as the Innovation Practitioner and Leadership Fellow from the UK-based Innovation and Knowledge Exchange; and certified Knowledge Manager from Knowledge Management Institute US. Santhosh has been a key contributor to the field of knowledge management. He has been actively and passionately involved in developing KM Strategy Solutions Systems Processes Frameworks Tools and Models for teams and enterprises. All such milestones have equipped him with fulfilling and enriching experience along with the addition of practical insights to his treasure trove of knowledge.
