Design of a computer system

Our objective was to design a client-server system that would allow the sharing of course files and the rational delivery of practical work within the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Management. To achieve this we used the merise method to analyse the existing system and to design a new one the result of the correction of the old system. We developed an application with a MySql database and JAVA interfaces. The database is accessible via the network and the interfaces are multiplatform. Finally this project will contribute to the improvement of security speed credibility and reliability in the management of course files at the Institut Supérieur d''Informatique et de Gestion and in other higher education institutions that might be interested in this application.
