The design of a tricycle-type walker for the elderly or adults with mobility difficulties represents an innovative solution that promotes autonomy safety and well-being in daily mobility. For this reason this paper describes the design process of a device that combines structural stability with ergonomics which if manufactured reduces the risk of falls and facilitates movement in urban or indoor spaces. This design guide for a tricycle-type walker creates a clear guideline supported by CAD software to define the plans assembly processes and choice of materials in the conception stage of this product.
