Design of (G+3) Building by Equivalent Static Lateral Force Method

Seismic analysis is about understanding how buildings respond to earthquakes. It''s part of structural analysis and involves calculating a building''s reaction to seismic forces. Equivalent Static Lateral Force Method is used to manage these forces. Using software like STAAD PRO and Excel we analyzed a structural frame considering seismic forces alongside regular loads. We conducted a study to assess how factors like soil type seismic zone and importance factor affect Base shear helping us understand seismic force impact on buildings.
