The implementation of the project has been divided into four stages. Complete study of literature related to the Injection Molding Machines. Modeling a concept machine. Analysis of the machine according to real time scenario and under worst conditions. Improvements in the design after the analysis. The project results are being verified with the help of design and analysis software packages and the conclusion is that each one can make the design even more optimistic to achieve more and improved results.
