Designing and implementing an English to Persian MachineTranslation

Transferring automatically from one natural language to another natural language is called Machine Translation. machine translation according to source and target languages has different approaches. Rule-Based MT which is a traditional approach deals with language grammars and structures while statistical MT which applied statistical models on human translations are two examples of machine translation approaches. The present study applied a hybrid approach i.e. RBMT and SPE approaches to design and implement an English to Persian machine translation.
