When you are sitting with so much spiritual food and have not been applying it in your life and letting it grow it would have been a disaster because when things go wrong you dont have the right equipment. To achieve healthy growth we need nourishing; and if we had been getting it and applying it we can expect to grow up healthy. But if we have poor eating habits we will die spiritually. He wants us to apply what we learn when the bishop brings the message: change and grow remember to achieve and believe on a daily basis to be able to have good substance to produce growth and exercise (Psalm 34:13).
