Determinant of real estate investment performance

Real estate investing involves the purchase ownership management rental land or sale of real estate for profit. Kenyan real estate property covers all property categories including single and multi-family residential dwellings commercial and agricultural land office space go-dawns and warehouses retail outlets and shopping complexes. The development of the housing sector is widely recognized as an integral part of economic development. In addition to the large share that the housing sector occupies in the economy its importance also arises from the positive externalities and spillover effects and its impact on the social and political climate issues of particular importance in developing countries. Real estate development is becoming a major issues emerging from the on-going devolution debate is how housing situation will look like at the country headquarters. They are expected to be the major engines of economic growth and will attract key investments.
