Determination of the levels of metals in canned tomato paste

This work gives you an overview of tomato processing starting from washing/sorting up to tomato paste production. It also describes a method for metal analysis in tomato paste sample using Atomic absorption spectrometer. It also describes the way how the two domestic fruits and vegetables processing enterprises produce tomato paste in Ethiopia. Further moretheir metals contents were assessed using the developed method.
