Developing 1st Generation Pastors

Every pastor/leader needs a successor as everyone have to step down from their position at some point in life either through retirement or through death etc. But many do not plan for succession. Because often in many independent churches in India pastors son(s). son(s)-in-law or relatives becomes the next senior (or main or lead) pastor after the incumbent lead pastor.
