A system of easy implementation and simple operation. The system is composed of microprocessed acquisition plates which during the drying of the product perform temperature acquisition in three levels top center and base of the silos as well as the relative humidity of the entrance and exit air transmitting this information to a central office (computer) via Bluetooth where they are stored for later analysis.
