Developing and implementing a training plan in a TPE

We have entered the knowledge society. It is today the ability to develop one''s knowledge and know-how that enables each person to understand his or her environment. There is no need to remind people of the importance of training in our society. Training is closely involved in human resources management and is also a powerful lever for the company''s overall strategy. Skills management is therefore essential for the development of the company and its employees. The adaptation and development of staff skills is one of the major challenges facing PME and TPE.
