Serenity Estates Port St. Lucie Florida 2018. A human skull buried over twenty years earlier has been uncovered by the construction crew of the new fifty-five plus housing development. Dynamite detective Lisa March reluctantly teamed with a new polar opposite partner JoJo Worthington is given the challenging assignment to figure out who the victim is and who was responsible for his death.
