In recent years the demands of project stakeholders regarding reductions in the total cost and time of a project along with achieving the acceptable quality of the project have risen significantly. This leads researchers to developing models that incorporate the quality factor to previously existing time cost trade-off models. Eighty three participants questionnaires answers assess the quality of the project management information systems (PMIS) (depending on 34 critical factors) presently used in organizations and to examine their impact on project managers and project performance (i.e. lowering time and cost). Analysis of questionnaire data obtained from 10 project managers (and 73 other professional questioners) confirms the significant contribution of PMIS to successful project management of 10 building school.
