It is concluded that in various types of pathology of the nervous system there is a transition of immune system functioning to earlier phylogenetic and ontogenetic stages of immune and nervous system development: predominance of innate immunity reactions lectin-carbohydrate and phagocytic reactions in nervous system cells.
