Development of a new experimental model of surgical sepsis

The methodological manual presents in detail in analytical style various variants of reproduction of experimental models of surgical sepsis. It is proved that the development of generalization of the infectious process approximated to the clinical conditions of the pathological process on a par with the bacterial invasion it is necessary to influence the reactivity of the macroorganism. In this case the choice of the method of exposure entirely determines the further manifestation of surgical sepsis.
