Development of investment activity in housing construction

The monograph analyzes the peculiarities of investment activity in housing construction in Ukraine which is the driving force behind the integration into the world economy. Author''s definitions of concepts investment activity housing construction are proposed. It is concluded that Ukraine has every chance to attract investment resources and use them for the benefit of the economy because the potential of the Ukrainian economy has rather wide horizons for its development.
