Development of Pavement Maintenance Management System in Urban Areas

Reducing distances between people assets markets and services can be considered as the most significant goal of today’s technological revolution. A good and well maintained road network as an integrated part of transport system today can reduce distances between people and keep them connected. Roads failure deterioration aging overuse and mismanagement are threats encounter any municipality in terms of maintain and preserve roads network. Pavement Maintenance Management System (PMMS) should follow management process activities practice to achieve the goal of having a good and well maintained road network.
