Development of Ready to Bake Fish Puff

Sea food products having a great demand in both national & international market. Consumer demands for the novel sea food products. Hence there is a need of value addition to the sea food products. Even this may help to rise the national income. In the present study an attempt has been made to produce a novel sea food product which is further helpful to the sea food processors. Puff pastry is one of the popular appetizer in several countries. So Ready to bake fish puffs were developed which can be stored in chilled conditions before baking.
