Development of the Sudanese Construction Industry Using Dynamic Model

The construction industry in developing countries plays a pivotal role in their national economies and infrastructure development. The relationship between construction and total output of the economy has been investigated in many countries. The regulation of the construction sector is the top ranked factor to affect the industry. Therefore the industry is in desperate need of the establishment and/or empowerment of appropriate institutions necessary to facilitate the development of a modern and sophisticated construction industry.
