This study examines how different colours of light influence the histomorphology and ultrastructure of the Harderian gland in pre-hatch White Leghorn embryos providing detailed insights into tissue organization cellular differentiation and photomodulation during embryogenesis. By analyzing structural changes under varied light spectra the work highlights the gland's sensitivity to environmental illumination and its role in avian physiological development.
