Devotions of Hope

<p>It has been said that a picture speaks a thousand words. I however had to write almost 20000 words to paint a picture that is only the tip of the iceberg of the pain and misery I silently carry.</p><p>As the devastation of an over-night tornado is revealed by the sun the Son has revealed the ruin and destruction left in the heart from childhood.</p><p></p><p>The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly (The New King James Version - John 10:10). The abundant life that was intended is not only possible but can indeed be restored in Christ.</p><p></p><p>I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit Out of the miry clay And set my feet upon a rock And established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth. Praise to our God (Psalms 40:1-3 The New King James Version)</p><p></p><p>This book is a journey of healing restoration and hope. It is my devotion to Christ. It is my story testimony and my worship my new song.</p>
