Diagnostic experiences of adolescents with hemato-oncological disease

Research presented to the Nursing School of Coimbra to obtain a Master's degree in Child Health Nursing and Pediatrics under the supervision of Dr. Manuel Gameiro (Coordinating Professor of the Nursing School of Coimbra). My personal thanks go to the Adolescents and their Parents for their willingness to collaborate with me and make it possible to carry out this research by sharing their experiences of cancer. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Professor Manuel Gameiro for sharing his knowledge encouragement guidance and availability throughout the research process. To my parents godparents and extended family for their tolerance in times of tiredness and constant encouragement without forgetting my colleagues at the Pediatric Oncology Service of the Coimbra Pediatric Hospital.
