<p>E. A. Provost follows up her popular chapbook 'Love Joy & Pees' with a full-length collection of her engaging and relatable poetry accompanied by a vibrant selection of works from her last decade painting 'Encounter Art' at Vertical Call. She invites the reader into her life through poems about motherhood and the delights of raising children in the first half of the book called 'The Light Side' and through poems about intimacy depression pain death and trying again in the second half called 'The Dark Side.' In the print edition 'The Light Side' proceeds from the pink primary cover then the book flips upside down and 'The Dark Side' proceeds from the green secondary cover. In the ebook edition 'The Dark Side' follows 'The Light Side' in the regular upright direction. </p>
