Nowadays teachers are faced with constant challenges that lead them to become agents of change in the educational community in which they work both in their role as educators and in their role as researchers. By establishing an intimate relationship between theory and practice we encourage changes based on innovative processes that ensure the involvement of participants and their critical reflective and responsible involvement. The study we are presenting focuses on the study of digital diaries as reflection-inducing tools that lead to a higher level of reflection self-supervision and the development of professional teaching skills.
