Digital commerce and SMEs in Puebla

This research analyzes and identifies the areas of opportunity for improvement of companies and external factors that are key to identify the impact it has directly or not with the companies either positively or negatively.Logistics operations are one of the most valuable areas in companies to carry out the organization of the same particularly in distribution. The work is aimed at analyzing and identifying the impact of SMEs in Puebla in the field of intelligent logistics in a digital market since there is little information on the subject. Based on the analysis measurement instruments the impact of SMEs in Puebla in the field of smart logistics is identified. Within the results obtained in the analysis of the situation of operations in a digital commerce companies can know the situation in which they are to create new strategies that help to strengthen the areas of opportunity and take action against external factors that threaten the existence of the company.
