Digital communication in an international institution

The objective of this work is to evaluate the digital communication in an international institution in the period of pre and post Covid-19 in this case the Inter-State Committee on Pesticides of Central Africa which served as a model for verifying our hypotheses.we conducted a survey on the effectiveness of the digital communication tools of the said institution to its external public. We conducted a survey on the effectiveness of the digital communication tools of the said Institution with its external public. This is what allowed us to detect some problems and to propose some solutions. This will be useful for other institutions. Although present on the web the results of the survey show us the low visit of its website and its social network which directly impacts its notoriety.
