Dining with Elephants

<p class=ql-align-justify><em>Dining with Elephants</em> is as much a memoir as it is a cookbook. This book is a collection of stories - humorous heartwarming and often humbling - of 27 years of living with the most majestic creatures. A story of resilience survival and connection between humans and animals in the wilds of Africa. These gentle giants have been my inspiration. They gave me the strength to face adversity and the courage to overcome the toughest beginnings. They have given me the passion to fight for a better future for Thula Thula for its animals its land and its people.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>Together with my dedicated team we built something greater than a game reserve. We built a family. And we did it the way the elephants do. With unity empathy and loyalty for the greater good. Elephant social behaviour has taught me that life should be all about caring giving helping and sharing. And that too is what creating the best food is all about.</p>
