Directed Assembly of Polymer Blends Using Nanopatterned Templates

The investigations on directed assembly of polymer blends in this book were important for bridging the gap between research and applications. The studies on the effects of spin speed solution concentration and molecular weight were useful to obtain the well-ordered morphologies of polymer blends. The approach of adding the block copolymers has the potential to improve the assembly of polymer blends for many kinds of non-uniform patterns in a high rate manner. This approach can be extended to any other functional polymer blend systems facilitating the application of nano-patterned polymer structures in biomedical devicesand LEDsetc.
