Director's intervention project

This project is the result of the prior selection procedure for the position of Director of Agrupamento de Escolas de Silves (AES) advertised by notice 5440 published in Diário da República 2ª série Nº 5440 /2024/2 of March 14 taking into account the regulations in articles 21 22 and 23 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008 of April 22 as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012 of July 2. In the Intervention Project as set out in the law the candidate identifies the problems defines the mission goals and broad guidelines for action as well as explaining the strategic plan to be carried out during the term of office. The presentation of this intervention project was based on my experience as a teacher school coordinator assistant principal and other coordinating roles.
