There is a secret police force whose members have the power to make their eyes glow and see into a persons soul. You know what that means? It means they can see for a fact whos good and whos bad. They can kill someone with an evil soul knowing for a fact they deserved to die.Problem is in order to maintain this power your life has to be on the outs. Thats why every member of this secret police force is homeless. Thats why theyre called Homeless Police.Dirty Cops is about these Homeless Police how theyve given up everything to protect the public from evil they know for sure has to die.
