Endless barriers to the employment of immigrants in Canada and many parts of the Western world created many professional immigrants to end up to be unprofessional while the economy is suffering because of inadequate human capital. It is obviously known that there is a worldwide crisis in human resources for many fields in the world especially in Canada where the baby boomers are getting out of the workforce and those who would replace them are not as educated as baby boomers were. Nevertheless this is the systematic alienation of the professional immigrants who were to be cultivated and obvious contradiction to the declining economy.
