A decorated Vietnam veteran scholar and father Curtis E. Dixon hoped to live a comfortable fulfilling life in his hometown of Winston-Salem North Carolina. For nineteen years he performed managerial and operational duties within and outside his area of expertise in an outstanding manner with the City. But false and degrading comments from Deputy City Manager John P.
