This is an account and an analysis of both the authors interactions with certain elements in an organizational entity as well as situations and circumstances that influenced a few outcomes. He recalls moments of personal accomplishments and fulfillment besides also dwelling on instances of dilemmas and disappointments that he encountered during his career. The author examines how a few in any organization with seemingly misplaced priorities and values have threatened to undermine the organizations dignity and distinction thereby jeopardizing its institutional growth development and reputation.
