About The Book

The idea of putting this book together sprouted as a challenge to the frequent apprehensions and reservations that I had in my practice as a nutritionist for over 23 years. Following the trends and banal methods of addressing health and obesity management through different dietary approaches, reluctantly following guidelines that were designed in a not-so-similar environment acted as a catalyst towards this initiative. I needed to share my learnings from a practical perspective to better one’s life through the tools I had amassed throughout. I had put these into use since long past to help transform the lives of individuals in need of guidance. As individuals or professionals, we are always looking for new and better ways to maintain our health, whether it be through technology or diet. Over the years, the diet industry has experienced massive growth. Like any other aspect of our culture, our diet constantly changes and evolves. However, with the rise of social media, dieting and exercising have become a culture in itself.
