This book presents a rigorous analysis of the academic achievement gaps among Colombian high school students focusing on conditions of disability and ethnicity. Using data from the 2024 Saber 11 tests and a comparative and correlational quantitative methodology six key competencies are examined: Critical Reading Mathematics Natural Sciences Social and Citizenship Sciences English and the overall score. The results reveal statistically significant differences between the groups compared evidencing structural inequalities in the Colombian educational system. This work invites to reflect on the urgency of transforming pedagogical practices and educational policies towards more inclusive equitable and diversity-sensitive models. An essential reading for researchers teachers policy makers and anyone interested in educational justice and the right to quality education for all.
