Diversity within Ontario Health Correlation to Operational Performance

Diversity within Ontario Health examines the current members sitting on the Board of the Canadian Healthcare system and examines their qualifications; their education level years of experience in healthcare gender and professional experience. This is then measured using a regression model against Ontario's Operational Performance looking at key indicators such as; current wait times treatment turnaround time re-occurance of illness and so forth.
