Divided By Blood

“You scared me again” Jetsen spoke grunting despite her voice cracking. Rapidly a rod of iron struck Jetsen in the skull. She collapsed to the ground while holding her head with both hands. She had no memory of anything other than being severely beaten on the head. From her head the blood sped across the floor towards the drainage hole underneath the washbasin. Jetsen wilted on the mosaic for some time before partially fainting. Her blurred vision saw her tormentor and the two men tying her hands and raising her up in their arms. To stop the bleeding the third man applied intense pressure to her head. Jetsen was thrown onto the guest room bed. Barely conscious Jetsen thought about her brother. Though she quickly passed out.
