Déjà vu of the Third Kind

This is an astonishing story about two childhood friends who are now grown with families of their own. The book alternates back and forth chapter to chapter from the present to the past and back to the present describing how they deal with devastating events of the last days and times. One friend has a déjà vu feeling that's connected to a story the other told her when they were only six years old and then the other one begins experiencing déjà vu too. The story seems to be coming to life for even though these two women haven't been in contact with each other in over fifteen years both are having the same horrific dream.
